"Reducing Stress with Mindfulness"

This practices to train attention and the mind, or guided meditations are based in the program MBSR-Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the Clinic of the University of Massachusetts, has benefited thousands of people that have participated in this 8 week program. The participants have learned to identify and use their internal resources and capabilities to respond with more efficiency to stress, pain and illness.
I am deeply grateful to my MBSR teachers Bob Stahl, Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli. Thanks to their loving guide I am offering now, through this guided practices, life learning´s that integrate the teachings of other loving teachers such as: Elsa Ampudia Polin (my mom), Elvira Inés de Polin, Graciela Hierro, Wilhem Poppeliers, Ken Robins, Jon Eisman y Julianne Rice.
To support the complex path of awareness, we are starting with the first album of guided attention practices or guided meditations in Spanish.
